The launch kit that arrives with your first order

Every participating outlet gets the same kit, so the serve looks the same in Namur, Ghent and Liège. Nothing to design, nothing to print.

How the QR connects the terrace to this page

  1. A guest sees the glass at the next table and scans the table tent.
  2. They land here: what it is, how it is served, where to buy a bottle for home.
  3. Staff scan the same code, take the one-minute training and earn points for your outlet.
  4. You reorder from the same page on the Partner Spirits platform. Reorders earn the most points.

One code per outlet, so we can see which terraces bring guests to the page, and reward them.

A fixed 15 cl pour line

A pour line at 15 cl and an ice line above it make the serve identical in every outlet, keep the glass count at five per bottle, and stop over-pouring. This helps control the amount of wine in each glass.

Test packaging with buyers

  • The brand owner decides on the label. We can propose and test a neck collar, gift box or wrapping.
  • First packaging test: a neck collar with the three-step serve, a Terraza Box, and a tissue-wrapped bottle in the shop. Cheap, fast, reversible.
  • Brief for the brand owner if they are open to a Belgian terrace edition: fewer elements, matte textured paper, one metallic on the sun emblem, a taller label, and a back label that tells the serve.
  • How we know: in weeks 2–3, show buyers the current bottle and the layered bottle without prices and ask what each should cost. If the layer moves the expected price by two euros, it pays for itself.

Ordering and delivery

  • The kit is one SKU on the Partner Spirits platform, picked with the wine in the automated warehouse. No separate shipment, no separate invoice.
  • Brand-marked items are co-funded by the supplier; Terraza Club items are Partner Spirits’ own programme, so the assets stay ours even without exclusivity.
  • Earned items are released by points, not on request. Reps see who has unlocked what on the weekly board.
  • Indicative kit cost €60–90 per outlet at launch volumes; the six glasses and the bucket are two thirds of it. Quotes to confirm.
