Where to drink or buy

    At home

Chill the bottle, fill a big glass with ice, add an orange slice. That is it.

    • Serve with olives, almonds or crisps.
    • Once open, keep it in the fridge and finish it within a day or two for the sparkle.
    • One bottle serves five. Two bottles for a table of six.
    The serve

Three steps. Same glass every time.

A recognisable serve is what turned the spritz into a category. Staff can learn this in one minute and guests recognise it across the terrace.

What to say to a guest
“It’s like a spritz, but Spanish and wine-based. Red wine, citrus, light bubbles, lighter than a glass of red.”
    1

    Chill the bottle

5–7 °C. Keep two bottles in the fridge, one on ice at the bar.

    2

Big wine glass, lots of ice

Fill the glass with ice first. Pour 15 cl. Cold ice keeps the sparkle.

    3

    Orange slice, no straw

One slice of orange on the rim. Serve with something salty: olives, almonds, chips.
